The Viña del Ensanche bar
Since 1927, the bar has gone through three refurbishments, each one adapting to the needs of the moment.

For this reason, in 1950, Bautista fitted a small kitchen intended for the quartering of PERNILES. He also changed the orientation of the bar and adapted the marble tables, making them larger and more comfortable.
In 1980 José Ramón carried out the second largest refurbishment in which and desiring to maintain the spirit of the original turn of the century establishment he modernised the premises and in consequence, turning it into a classic of Bilbao.
In 2004, the third refurbishment was undertaken. A reform designed to increase our offer, which led us to change the old kitchen for a more modern one where we could tackle new challenges.
